Sometimes school, work, relationships, and other life stressors/transitions can become so overwhelming that we feel lost or stuck in our tracks. During these times, it is helpful to have someone who will work collaboratively and therapeutically with you to help you address your concerns, gain insight into your thoughts and feelings, and restore your sense of balance and "wholeness" back into your life.
Through individual therapy, I help my clients become more mindful and in control of their own internal experiences and symptoms. I empower my clients to help re-instate their sense of confidence and self-esteem, while also utilizing various therapeutic techniques to help encourage change and growth.
I thoroughly enjoy working with individuals trying to navigate the tough balance between career goals/trajectory, relationships, and self-exploration and understanding. I welcome all clients of varying racial, ethnic, faith, gender, and sexual orientation backgrounds, and work hard to connect and "meet my clients where they are at in regard to change.
