Are you known for being a perfectionist, but in reality, underneath the perfectionist mask, you feel anxious, emotional chaotic, and overwhelmed? The thought of making mistakes or showing flaws brings up fear of rejection and judgment. Imposter syndrome seems to rear its ugly head all the time. You just want to be able to feel safe and relax, but you just cannot allow yourself to relax and enjoy. You're exhausted, but feel like there is no other option but to keep pushing on. You just want to be happy, damnit!
I see you and I get it. I approach "flaws" or "mistakes" with curiosity rather than with judgment. Judgment doesn't accomplish anything aside from making you feel like shit. Curiosity is what lends to you understanding you're feeling and why you are feeling the way that you do. I can help you be kinder to yourself and feel grounded in your emotions and self.
