I'm passionate about helping all of my clients feel better about themselves and their current life situations. Therapy can be really beneficial to help find out who you are and learn coping skills on how to deal with daily life. Sometimes it just helps to have someone you can talk with and feel supported by. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, and Integrative Therapy to help deal with anxiety, anger, depression, self-esteem, and life issues.
