I utilize a strength-based and psychodynamic approach that will guide you in re-establishing an authentic relationship with yourself and others so that you may show up lovingly and mindfully to the life you envision. My aim is to create a nurturing, non-judgmental space where clients can feel at home in the healing process. I use a sense of humor, empathy, and compassion to build rapport with clients, and also to support clients in feeling empowered on their transformative journey.
I graduated with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University, and hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from The New School for Social Research. I've had extensive experience working with addiction, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, eating disorders, trauma, attachment-related issues, LGBTQIA+, grief/loss, mood disorders, and couples.
