The Men's Experiential Therapy Group is designed for men seeking to heal from past trauma and break free from patterns of dysfunctional behavior and relationships. This group offers a safe, supportive environment where participants can explore deep-seated emotional wounds, often linked to early life experiences or unresolved trauma. Using experiential therapy techniques such as role-playing, psychodrama, and emobiment exercises, members engage in hands-on, interactive sessions that help them confront and process their emotions in real-time.
