The relationship that we establish is meant to be one that helps you feel seen, heard, and understood. I use a wide array of approaches from Mindfulness to “parts work” and many others.
As a gay man and therapist, I actively and passionately support LGBTQIA+ clients as well as any other person who experiences marginalization.
