No matter the reason, life can be pretty difficult at times. You may feel down, unmotivated, anxious, or depressed. You may just feel like you want someone to talk to. As your therapist, my goal is to talk with you, listen to you, and collaborate with you to come up with ways that you can meet your goals. I aim to build a judgment-free and positive relationship, in which we can work towards your goals directly.
I primarily use the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) model, which focuses on how our thoughts and the way we talk to ourselves can affect our moods and behaviors. Regardless of this, my number one goal is to be present with you and focus on your goals so that we can have a successful therapeutic relationship.
