I am a trauma focused clinician that provides evidenced based therapy via eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and internal family systems therapy (IFS). Our experience shapes the individual that we are. Sometimes these experiences create a wound that pulls and pushes use in a direction that conflicts with the way we want to live. I can help.
