I am trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and specialize in Dance/Movement Therapy. I am passionate about healing complex trauma, treating anxiety, bipolar disorder, and eating disorders while integrating body liberation and intuitive eating principles. I am LGBTQ+ and BIPOC allied and value feeling safe and seen.
