I work with individuals and couples to grow their inner strengths, to help them make sense of their feelings and to heal any past trauma that might be keeping them from moving forward.
I approach my work holistically, focusing on the specific needs of my clients. One technique I use is Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR is an evidence-based therapeutic technique used by trained therapists to reduce triggers brought on by painful events.
