Wherever you are in your life I want to work with you to help guide you through the complex journeys that we all face and provide you with the skills that you need to lead a life that is rich and fulfilling. Both personally and professionally I am fully dedicated to improving health and mental health outcomes of the gay, lesbian and bisexual community. Humanism and existentialism guide my practice and in doing so I am eager to explore the “what nexts” in your life that can lead to greater self-reflection and eventually a more fulfilling life. I consider myself to be a humorous yet self-aware practitioner.
I use an integrative and holistic approach to treatment, drawing on a person's strengths to produce outcomes-driven behavior change. I use humanistic, ethnographic and motivational approaches to help a person identify and resolve "here and now" issues that are empowering and culturally sensitive. I have specialized training in the treatment of trauma.
I specialize in working with individuals across the lifespan and have over 15 years of experience providing services to the community in various treatment settings.
