Group members will discuss coping skills for various stressors and develop ways to manage treatment issues.

Adding in extra challenges like depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, or social skills issues make the decisions and hurdles one faces after graduating from high school seem like huge hurdles. This group aims to address stressors created by the issues young adults face as they complete high school and transition to the next phase of life. Group topics include education, the work force, relationships, and independent living, as well as mental health-related and family issues.
