As a therapist, I specialize in treating individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, low self-esteem, emotional distress and life stressors for teenage girls. The therapy techniques that I have found to be most effective include mindfulness, solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy focusing on restructuring thoughts.
As a coach, I specialize in working with entrepreneurs, including private practice owners, and those interested in improving overall health and wellness.
