I will help you work though various life, adjustment and relationship issues that arise through the course of daily life, unexpected events, illness and trauma. Using an approach that is based in CBT and Adlerian theory, I will work collaboratively with you to explore unhelpful patterns and thought processes and work to overcome obstacles.
I believe it's never too late to make a positive change. Even small steps can add up to great progress over time, and it's so helpful to have someone on your team when you're stepping out!
