I am an experienced, trauma informed and compassionate therapist who has worked collaboratively and successfully with people for more than 25 years. My goal is to provide a safe, accepting and empowering environment that will best meet your individual needs so that you can meet your goals and take care of the concerns that brought you into therapy.
Good, effective therapy is a collaborative process that can bring out the best in people even when they are feeling at their worst. I have a diverse training background including IFS and TAT (a mind/body technique). My specialties include trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, life transitions/changes including relational and occupational and spirituality.
