My focal areas of therapy are Neurofeedback, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing - EMDR, and Trauma. I seek to help those who are struggling with personal, family, school, or work conflicts. As a proud Army veteran with over twenty years of experience, I have worked with diverse populations and complex issues. Whether you suffer from traumatic experience(s), abuse, or any number of battles that have left you feeling anxious, angry, ashamed, depressed, or with sleep issues, let me walk alongside you and build a therapeutic relationship.
No two people are the same, so my counseling approach will be personalized to your needs. Some of these approaches include Christian Counseling, Person-Centered Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to name a few. I am also a Neurofeedback Clinician.
I have availability Monday-Fridays and have limited slots on Saturdays. Together, we will work on creating short and long-term treatment goals in a safe and non-judgmental environment that can give you vitality and hope.
