I believe that we are works in progress, having endless possibilities for the direction of our growth. I assist clients in developing clarity to identify options and expand the vision of themselves and the world. I encourage them to identify interests and pursue creative activities that help regenerate energy. I promote clients identifying both their strengths and long-held beliefs that limit growth. Developing increased awareness and positive action supports healing and the manifestation of life goals.
I have an expansive view of the many sources of trauma and use Somatic Experiencing (R) in treatment. I use the psychosynthesis concept of subpersonalities to help clients find and heal places that are undeveloped and require healing and support. I also integrate the benefits of meditation in my work.
I support clients in integrating interests, goals,
spirituality, and creativity for growth and healing. I assist them in integrating their own spiritual preferences as a potential support for peacefulness and in clarifying their deepest sense of purpose, their soul journey.
