Hola, welcome! I am a Bilingual (English-Spanish) Latina Therapist based in North Carolina. I enjoy working with individuals (ages 16 to 35+) who face challenges related to self-worth/esteem, identity/cultural issues, acculturation issues, family-of-origin experiences, family conflict and interpersonal difficulties, as well as depression, anxiety, and trauma. To me, therapy is unique to the person thus I tailor my approach to your needs!
My therapy approach is person-centered, holistic, and culturally affirmative, with some humor and spice mixed in (teehee). Along with traditional talk therapy, I integrate modalities such as Constructed Awareness; CBT & DBT Skills, Strength-based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing plus informed self-compassion practices.
My therapeutic intention is to create a safe, supportive environment where we can walk alongside one another, collaborate, and tailor a healing space that feels best for you.
