My clients often feel depression, anxiety or defeat when they arrive. I help clients frame problems in a solvable manner, then support taking steps to achieving their own solutions. Specialities include marital, family therapy, suicide prevention, depression, grief, anxiety, recovery from substance or process addictions, codependence, existential angst and guilt, discovery of life's purpose.
When appropriate I have used hypnotherapy and various body centred approaches to help a client make changes or solidify gains. Also, for clients at a distance, I use tele-therapy with Skype or other technology to bridge the gap.
