We all face difficult life transitions during our lifetime. Some will experience trauma. It's important to have the knowledge, tools, & support to navigate these challenges. I currently offer EMDR intensives that last 2-5 days to address traumatic experiences. I also offer Grief Therapy Retreats that can be planned to meet your unique needs.

I am a loss & trauma survivor & know what it's like to have your world turned upside down & can relate to the feelings & experiences you may have. I am here to listen & offer support as you navigate this new reality. As an ordained minister, I am available to discuss your spiritual concerns if desired. I am a certified EMDR therapist with extensive training.
