Our need to stay busy in our minds and in our bodies in order to escape difficult feelings creates depression and anxiety and keeps us from healing. I help people slow down and learn how to make a genuine connection to their inner world and begin a journey of healing and hope.

I am a relational therapist. I can help you strengthen and heal your relationships with the people and things that matter most to you..spouses, partners, friends, kids, food, your body etc. The most important relationship we will work on is the one you have with YOU.

As your therapist I will not come with answers for you, but instead will share my wisdom, warmth, and compassion in order to provide a safe space for you to grieve, heal, self reflect and challenge yourself.
