TEENS are my favorite people! The path from Teen to Young Adult can be rocky and it can feel especially scary when your teens’ mental health is impacted. Teens are uniquely faced with figuring out who they are, who they will become, plus peer dynamics all at the same time. If you're neurodivergent (ADHD, autistic, bipolar, learning disorder) then you are also navigating a neurotypical word, which can be an uphill battle. Often motivation feels just out of reach no matter how much you want change to happen.
I am the founder of Equilibrium Counseling Services, a neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ affirming counseling center. I supervise a team of therapists who are accepting new clients in person in Rancho Cucamonga, CA and virtually in California.

Teen Group
A In person group for teens to connect and create a community. We utilize music, art, and technology to express and explore a variety of emotional states. In particular depression and anxiety. Multiple date/time options. Groups run on a 8 week cycle. If you reach out mid cycle we are happy to include your teen at the start of the next cycle. We currently offer a high school group and a middle school group.
