My practice, Moon Tide Counseling, is centered on creating wholistic wellness for adults in various stages of life. Are you feeling out of balance? Have you recently been experiencing the effects of repressed emotions? Do you feel you could manage your stress, anxiety, or depression better? Maybe you’re tired of old trauma hindering your relationship with yourself and others. If the answer is yes to any of these questions, you are in capable hands.
I work from a humanistic therapeutic approach and a somatic experiencing framework. I also incorporate meditation and mindfulness based self-compassion to help meet your needs. I believe in creating a clinically sound treatment plan that feels warm and holistic in its offering.
