Anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, sudden anger, poor relationships and difficulty fully connecting often stem from trauma. I specialize in the treatment of all types of trauma (recent, longterm, childhood, etc.) and its resulting symptoms. Trauma can come from unhealthy family relations, sudden accidents or long-term abuse. These conditions are difficult to treat using only talk-based therapy and you might have noticed little improvement with previous therapy. I use both verbal and non-verbal techniques to help re-program the brain. This gives you a more effective way to process your trauma and clear the symptoms you are experiencing.
The treatment of trauma requires specific techniques. I am level-2 trained in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model by the IFSI. I also utilize Eye Movement Desensitization/Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) with my patients. These techniques are effective in resolving many problems that have held you back living your best life.
