I treat trauma, PTSD, phobias, grief and loss, and anxiety disorders of all kinds, even OCD. I help people who are having challenges in their relationships; people who are struggling with depression or substance abuse; people who want to feel more confident, motivated, fulfilled, or connected; or who simply want to be more at peace in the world.
I also enjoy working with people who feel outside the mainstream, with values not always supported by the dominant culture, and with those for whom spiritual practice is an important part of their lives. Often people come to see me who have symptoms that persist and have not responded to other therapies.
One of the tools I use is ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy). ART has the power to initiate profound and lasting change. For years I have been training other therapists here in Connecticut and around the country in this astonishing technique.
