I help married couples in distress re-discover their passion for one another, bring peace to their home and reach a new level of relating and enjoying life together. Martin Luther King Jr is attributed as saying "Faith is taking the first step when you can't see the whole staircase." Sometimes taking that first step, like calling or emailing a therapist you've never met, is a bit daunting. But what might happen if you give it a try?

I use a mixture of modalities in treatment including Acceptance and Committment Therapy, Family Systems perspective and an interpersonal style that fits the needs of my clients. I have experience with marriage and family, pre marriage, men's issues, career and life transitions.

I draw on extensive experience as a non-profit executive with organizations such as Focus on the Family, Medical Teams International, Partners International and CRISTA Ministries and from personal life experience including growing up in a single parent home, raising a special needs child and being married for 31+ years
