I work with individuals and couples who are wanting to address challenges in relationships, sexuality, experiences of trauma, and general dissatisfaction with the status quo. In our work together, we will take a look at the things that are holding you back from living the life you want to be living. I might also tell dad jokes. I probably will tell dad jokes.

I approach this work from an integrative framework. I find that humor and irreverence are uniquely useful tools for healing and growth. I have found that deep and meaningful connections coupled with a little bit of fun go a long way. My specialty areas are relationships, sexual issues, trauma, and personal growth.
