Expressive Songwriting & Poetry (Online) Teens
Join a community where your voice is welcome. This supportive group is just for teens 13-17 years old. Express yourself through songs, poetry, and other creative writing outlets. Each week there will be a brief teaching on psychology that applies directly to your life and your creative expression. You will have the opportunity to share your creative work and connect with other people's stories. All skill levels are welcome. All genres are welcome. Connect, heal, and grow together.

Beginner Poetry & Songwriting Process Group
Join a supportive online community where we learn to use expressive songwriting and/or poetry to improve our mental health. All skill levels are welcome in this safe and supportive environment. This beginner group is 6 weeks long. Each week focuses on leading mental health issues. Teaching is provided, writing exercises are given, and you can choose to share your creative work or keep it to yourself. You're free to write in your genre of choice.
