My counseling practice is focused on providing warmth and kindness to help you learn new coping skills and strategies to manage difficult feelings and stop negative thinking patterns. Whether it's a hurtful conversation, traumatic experience, or abuse that you've endured, there is usually a good reason for feeling depressed, angry, anxious, or scared. We’ll build trust to look at the experiences that continue to impact you and your relationships.

I can help you manage anxiety, learn to problem-solve, improve communication skills, adjust to new experiences/life transitions, and accept situations in your life with more kindness for yourself and others. My niche focuses on women's issues, but I also work with many non-binary and transgender clients.
