We are all filled with expectations and hopes, but sometimes things happen that keep us from our plans, from being happy, or just... from being. Perhaps fear, sadness, or grief have kept you stuck for a while, which has left you feeling depressed, anxious, or hopeless. This is completely understandable; our experiences can certainly shape us, but they do not have to define us. With compassion and warmth, I will help you explore your upbringing, problems of self-esteem, and communication style. In doing so, I am committed to helping you get the relief you have long needed, and deserve.
My unwavering commitment to you begins from our first conversation. Whether you are an adult struggling with your past, a parent having difficulty with your child's behaviors, a couple striving for a better relationship, or a young person overwhelmed by stressors, I am fully dedicated to improving your life.
Since you and your struggles are unique, I draw from various therapeutic modalities to provide equally unique interventions with high efficacy. Finally, I promise to blend my skills together with humor and empathy, to ease your emotional pain and facilitate your healing process. Reach out today---let's begin healing.
