Therapy can be deeply personal and the most important thing is that a client feels safety within the therapeutic relationship to express themselves. My desire is to help my clients have a deep understanding of their importance, their self worth, and their impact on this world and those around them. I love working with women, children, teens, mothers, and those going through heartache and uncertainty. If you feel loneliness, grief, or are processing trauma, walking through your parenting journey, or are struggling with illnesses including autoimmunity, or the loss of a loved one, please reach out.
I work alongside my clients by listening to their stories and holding space for their experiences. I use a client centered approach which means I value the therapeutic relationship and what is meaningful to individual clients. I work with clients processing trauma and healing their inner child holistically. I utilize expressive arts when it is a good fit.
When a client invites me into their world and their experiences, it is such an honor to be a part of their process of healing.
