Coaching and tools provided.

Using experiential therapies (play! art! drama! movement! nature! adventure!), mind/body techniques, positive psychology and self compassion practices, I will help you uncover and move through your inner barriers to true fun and self expression. You will learn to lighten up, let go, evolve beyond your trauma, reclaim your aliveness and find more of your joy.

Learn to make time for yourself, put down your burdens, find new ways to destress, and give yourself permission to engage in your passions and creativity.
