I specialize in the treatment of trauma and anxiety disorders through a person-centered, humanistic lens with support from approaches supported by empirical therapeutic research such as EMDR, CBT, and DBT. I also like to introduce psychosomatic and evidence-based modalities from an expressive art therapy background in order to customize each individual need.
