I became a therapist because I want to support people as they work to become their truest selves. Change and growth are possible for everyone, no matter what the circumstances are. Whether you have experienced trauma, as many of us have, or whether you simply want to better understand yourself, therapy is an effective tool to get where you want to go.
I work with children, teenagers, and adults, as well as romantic partners and families. My style is eclectic, and primarily informed by depth, existential, and person-centered approaches. A focus of my past research has been on the subject of romantic love, and what it means for men to learn to love amidst a patriarchal society.
