You deserve a voice in the therapy experience, after all, you are the expert of your life story. I believe therapy looks different for each client sitting with me and come with a variety of ways to help you realize your goals as you set them. The virtual space we occupy together during our sessions is incredibly important to me. I want you to feel heard and understood first and foremost. I work towards building a strong rapport with each client so as we progress forward we can work collaboratively to challenge aspects of your life that may not be working for you anymore.
As a therapist, I believe you should enter a space that is free of judgment and ready to help facilitate healing. Via talk therapy and/or EMDR I work to help you heal. I will sit with you in the dark, so to speak, and walk the journey right alongside you.
Reaching out to a therapist can be incredibly difficult, so whether this is your first time looking for a therapist or you've tried it in the past you've taken a huge step. Therapy isn't easy, it takes courage and by looking for help you are showing just how courageous you can be.
