Depression, anxiety, and anger can easily overwhelm us when we feel stuck between accepting our problems and changing them. I teach clients practical skills that help them find the balance between these two seemingly opposing realities. I believe people are already doing the best they can, and that we all need extra support at times to get “unstuck.” I view my clients as the experts in their own lives; my role is to collaborate with them to find more effective solutions to their problems. I will work with you to create a clear path towards creating the life you want to live.

I use an Acceptance & Commitment (ACT) approach, a research-backed model that teaches clients how to develop effective skills to navigate life's challenges, while still prioritizing one's needs & values.

Humor is powerful in the face of extraordinary challenges, and I feel immense satisfaction from my work when I can combine acceptance, growth, and laughter in our sessions.
