It's been a weird last couple of years, hasn't it? In addition to the chaos and uncertainty in our world, you may also be feeling chaos and uncertainty in your personal life. Many people are feeling uneasy and out of sorts; you may benefit from short term therapy in order to cope with all these changes. Anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, career issues, stress, grief and transitions are among the issues I address in therapy. You may realize something needs to change, but you're not sure what. An ideal time to consider therapy and that objective input. Therapy is voluntary; let's sort out what you want to change.

I believe in a multi-faceted approach including lifestyle changes, tackling dysfunctional thinking, teaching healthy coping skills, addressing sources of distress, drawing from faith and values, understanding each client's unique situation and identifying possible solutions. I am also willing to "just listen" if that is what you need the most!

Each person is unique so we work together to craft a specific plan designed for your needs. As a therapist, I don't tell you what to do; I strive to empower you to make the best decisions. Clients tend to describe me as caring, compassionate, non-judgmental, helpful, realistic and straightforward. Note: Not accepting new-to-me couples at this time
