Waking up to your true nature is not a self-improvement project! Rather a path of welcoming and a willingness to be with emotions as they arise. Utilizing self-inquiry and the sensations that arise in the body in the moment are an integral part of liberation and discovering what is true.
For 40 years I have been called to a spiritual path and awakening to my true self. I also knew I wanted to be Psychologists to help people. I studied numerous traditions and "spiritual" teachings and pursued my Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology, blending psychology and spirituality. Working with others on a spiritual path is my passion and calling.
