As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) I work primarily with men who have cheated, committed infidelity, compulsively use porn/sex and want to heal their relationships and live free. If any of that sounds like you or your partner's situation there is a clear path forward to heal from both the cheating and the betrayal trauma it causes. I would be honored to help you and your partner find your footing and learn to walk that path of recovery.
Secondly, I work with males and females who have attachment wounds in their past. Often unresolved past attachment wounds such as childhood neglect/abuse, inconsistent/insecure caregivers, violance and other traumas lead to anxiety/depression among a host of other symptoms including unhealthy relationship patterns and addictions. These can find resolution!
As a Christian it's my delight to integrate the rich resources of faith with clients who share Christian faith OR those who have been wounded through experiences with hurtful Christians and desire a place to process and heal its my delight to integrate that when appropriate as well. The purpose of this online group is to provide a weekly space to be known and connect to other men who are on the path toward growth and healing from Sexual Addiction. Every week we focus our attention on reviewing basic tools and habits (often from recovery workbooks, etc) that help us maintain sobriety and pursue a life of integrity. We then integrate this understanding and insight into living a healthy recovery plan during the rest of the week. (This online Zoom group is open only to those also in Individual Counseling with Jaben.)
