Sometimes, life can be challenging, confusing, and even paralyzing, but it does not need to stay that way. I know that it can be difficult to seek help, especially if you have never done it before. Maybe you have spoken with a friend about the things that have been going on, but you still feel the same. This is where I come in. My goal is not to pull or push you to change, instead, it is to walk alongside, providing you with guidance and empathy. If you have been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, with low mood, and overall just exhausted, I'm here to help. It doesn't have to stay this way, and it can get better!
My purpose is to provide you with a safe and secure space, where you can share with me any of your experiences, feelings, and emotions. My hope is that you will be able to find happiness with improved self-esteem, greater positive thinking, and stronger self-compassion as you complete the goals that we set together in the beginning of this journey.
