For more than 20 years, I feel privileged to have helped adults of all ages cope with depression, anxiety, grief/ loss, life transitions, and interpersonal concerns, including addiction in a loved one. My work is integrative, drawing on various treatment approaches, depending on what would be most helpful to you, and given your reasons for seeking therapy.
I provide a supportive and welcoming space, using video session at this time. My aim is to help you process difficult life experiences, develop greater insight and understanding, enhance your self-esteem, and build valuable coping skills and tools you can use to manage problems now and in the future.
