I provide short-term Christian counseling & EMDR therapy, where my approach to greater holistic health (spirit, soul, and body) is based on the Christian Bible and informed by research on attachment and trauma. Our wounds from some of our most important relationships can distort our relationship with God, ourselves, and others. With the Holy Spirit's help, I'd love to walk with you to attend to those wounds with compassion, love, and the truth from God's Word.
I specialize in EMDR therapy with Christian faith integration to help process distressing memories in a healing and adaptive way so that you can move on from those memories and not feel as though you're reliving them. With God's presence in the sacred space of counseling, we can work together to dismantle and replace unhelpful beliefs that affect you.
I work with women who are ready to commit to and invest in the hard and rewarding work of short-term Christian counseling & EMDR therapy.
