A group for individuals who are recovering from Adverse Religious Experiences as well as Religious or Spiritual-Based Abuse and/or Trauma: Participants will explore how these experiences have impacted them and engage in mutual support for their healing process. In addition to process & discussion, participants will also experience guided mindfulness & gentle yoga flow (no prior experience necessary). $45 per session with sliding fee available.
