Let’s unite our LGBTQPIA+ wisdom and experiences to foster connection, laughter, visibility, affirmation, energy, and personal growth. A welcoming space to increase community connection, self-awareness, and rejuvenation! This 16-week virtual support and skill-building group is designed for socially progressive LGBTQ+ people aged 50-ish and over who want to share their aging-related concerns about identity and health, increase their emotional wellness, and learn healthier boundary-setting and communication skills to improve relationships with friends, partner(s), and family members. Strengths-based, confidential, coaching support group that balances differences regarding neurodiversity, and introverted and extroverted personalities.

Women's Sexual Abuse Psycho-Educational Coaching Support Group: Meet with like-minded sexual abuse survivors to share stories, successes, challenges, reduce isolation. Learn skills to manage anxiety, shame, fear, C-PTSD symptoms. Empowerment over rape culture. Self-care, relationships, boundaries, healthy sexuality. Set goals for healing. Confidential. Meet with other women and non-binary folx who are "coming out" of a "straight" life, and are lesbian, queer, bisexual, gay, etc. Safe and affirming space to give and receive support, share experiences, & problem-solve common issues that are associated with "coming out": divorce, children, emotional, financial, professional, spiritual, and identity.
