I help heal trauma. Deeply-rooted trauma. Trauma that might have changed you in your core, or perhaps trauma that affects your performance as an artist or athlete. You might have had experiences with talk-therapy and still feel "stuck" and unable to move past from those life-changing. With Brainspotting or Hypnotherapy, I can help "purge" through a lot of these issues from the inside-out. I am a Marine Corps veteran and I am humbled that you took the time to read my profile, so let's see how I can be helpful.
I am a Brainspotting practitioner (pending certification) a National Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). All of the above modalities can be utilized to treat trauma, deeply rooted behaviors, beliefs and phobias. I am also certified in Eye Movement Integration (EMI)
I identify as a humanistic-existential therapist, as I truly believe that each person has the potential for self-fulfillment in life if they are engaged in something meaningful to them. As a Marine Corps Veteran, I also understand transitional challenges and welcome fellow veterans, first responders and persons with high intensity professions.
