I love working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I also enjoy working with folks that haven't been able to get results in their past attempts to get well. Compassion, integration, research, and skill building are the four ingredients that best describe my approach to helping. Folks struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life changes are usually stressed, exhausted, and often scared that their symptoms will never leave. I enjoy working with folks struggling with the issues that they "just can't shake."
In addition to being a marriage family therapist I am also a clinical herbalist certified with the American Herbal Guild. At our clinic we go the extra mile by offering empirically based complementary therapies such as acupuncture, mindfulness, yoga, community herbalism, light therapy, personal grade biofeedback, and quality of life coaching.
