Some of the most common concerns my clients address include depression, anxiety, stress, the impacts of trauma, anger, sleep problems, grief, concentration, relationship discord, boundary-setting, substance use, addictive behaviors, career concerns, family and parenting concerns, and communication issues.
I am a member of two minority communities: the LGBTQIA+ community and those who live with a disability. I love helping others in these communities to thrive!
