In therapy, I prefer to use a combination of Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies with motivational enhancement strategies to help people understand what drives them, identify barriers to the change they seek and develop the skills necessary to become the persons they were created to be.

Faith-based counseling incorporates good clinical practice, biblical values and an understanding that there is a Counselor greater than us all, the Holy Spirit, who actively guides and directs the paths of those who believe.
