Navigating an increasingly complex and demanding world can leave many of us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disordered and depressed. We carry within our hearts a deep yearning for soulful purpose, inner tranquility and intimate connection but often feel we are just surviving. My greatest passion is to help people find their power; to teach them to creatively work with their inner and outer lives; and to aid them in detaching from toxic relationships and patterns, drawing supportive boundaries and expressing themselves and their gifts within the world.
I specialize in working with HSPs/Empaths, those on the spiritual path, those who have suffered from narcissistic abuse/gaslighting and those diagnosed with OCD. In the latter, I use a powerful approach called Exposure Response Prevention therapy; this will help you change unsupportive behaviors so you can face your fears and experience more freedom and joy.
As a psycho-spiritual counselor, I offer a unique perspective. I do not see your struggles as problems to be solved; I see them as ways you are trying to evolve, to become more expansive, to heal. Your struggles often hold the seeds of your greatest gifts; these are what we seek to uncover.
