I will work with you to determine the areas in which you are struggling and help you to develop strategies to make the necessary changes. Whether you are dealing with relationship struggles, anxiety, depressed feelings or past trauma I will assist you with moving beyond these difficulties. My approach to therapy is a holistic approach. I will work with you to heal mind, body & spirit.
After treating clients for over many years I found there was something missing. Many clients remained "stuck" and often struggled to find the relief they were seeking. I went through yoga teacher training and trained as a yoga therapist. I use this experience to inform my treatment and help you begin to live more joyfully.
I'll work with you to develop an individualized plan of action to begin to heal and improve your mental and emotional wellbeing. Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or you have lots of experience being in therapy it is my goal to help you feel as comfortable as possible as we develop therapeutic rapport.
